*If you are having an issue with a particular accessory please bring that in as well.
**It is helpful to bring in an example of the issue you are experiencing. ex. birdnesting or poor stitch quality.

Turnaround Time

We know dropping off your sewing machine for service is never your favorite time, and because of that we strive to service and repair your machine within the shortest time possible.

Due to current demand the average turnaround time is under 2 weeks. This does not include time required for obtaining a part your sewing machine may need.

Sewing machines are serviced on a first come / first serve basis.
